VGI Global Media Holds AGM

Mr Keeree Kanjanapas (centre), Chairman, and other members of the board and management team of VGI Global Media PCL (VGI), attended the company's annual general meeting of the shareholders for 2017, at which dividends were declared for the results of the period 1 October 2016 to 31 March 2017 at THB 0.025 per share, with the record date being 17 July 2017, the book closing date 18 July 2017 and the payment date 31 July 2017.
