VGI Public Company Limited, originally named Global Technologies and Telecom Limited Company, was found in 1999 after the officially opened of BTS Sky Train system. VGI was granted the exclusive 30 years right from BTS to manage the advertising spaces and commercial areas on all BTS network.

VGI has the policy to pay dividend at the rate of no less than 50 percent of net profit, taking into consideration the economic condition, the Company's cash flow, and the Group's investment project plan for each year as needed and appropriate, and other considerations that the Company's Board of Directors deemed appropriate.
VGI's fiscal year runs from 1st April - 31st March. Our earnings release date
for 1Q (1st April - 30th June) is within August,
for 2Q (1st July - 30th September) is within November,
for 3Q (1st October - 31st December) is within February and
for 4Q (1st January - 31st March) is within May.
