Dividend
VGI has the policy to pay dividend at the rate of no less than 50 percent of net profit, taking into consideration the economic condition, the Company's cash flow, and the Group's investment project plan for each year as needed and appropriate, and other considerations that the Company's Board of Directors deemed appropriate.
