VGI, BTS and onee Join Forces to Launch “one news” Mobile Newsroom to be broadcast on BTS Sky Trains and Platforms and Office Buildings, Giving Bangkokians All-Day Daily Access to Latest News
Nelson Leung, CEO of VGI PLC, or VGI, the leader in Offline-to-Online (“O2O”) Solutions across multiple platforms, and Ms Narissara Srisan., Strategic Communication Advisor of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, joined Mr. Takonkiet Viravan, CEO of One Enterprise Public Company Limited and Mr. Deaw Woratangtrakul, Chief Operating Officer of One31 Company Limited, to announce the launch of “One News” targeting both On Air and Online audiences. The new mobile newsroom will be broadcast on over 3,500 VGI media screens across Bangkok and vicinity, including 2,000 screens on the BTS Sky Trains and platforms, and 1,500 screens in over 195 prime office buildings such as the Empire Tower, reaching 3.3mn pairs of eyes daily.
This strategic collaboration between VGI and One News, which has over 31.5mn viewers monthly across its various platform, will help expand VGI’s audience base as well as create new value and experience for the general public in accessing news and entertainment. Moreover, the partnership will pave the way for future business opportunities that will generate utmost benefits for consumers. One News will begin updating contents on VGI’s platforms from today onwards, keeping Bangkokians updated on the latest news and events.
