acquisition of shares in Three Sixty Five Public Company Limited
Description :
Further to the news released in newspaper dated 7 March 2014 regarding the
acquisition of shares in Three Sixty Five Public Company Limited by VGI Global
Media Public Company Limited (the "Company"), the Company would like to inform
that the Company is interested in expansion of its business in out-of-home media
and is studying the feasibility of new investment in various channels.
Nonetheless, at the moment, the Company has not yet made any decision on the new
investment and the coming Board of Directors' meeting is the normal routine
meeting to approve the Company's annual budget.
