Further to the news released in PostToday newspaper dated July 29, 2014
regarding the acquisition of shares by VGI Global Media Public Company Limited
(the "Company") in Tong Hua Communications Public Company Limited, the Company
would like to clarify that the Company is in process of studying and considering
the feasibility. Nonetheless, at this moment, the Company has not yet reached
any conclusion on such matter. In this respect, if there is any progress, the
Company will clarify further.
